Lena is a Partner with the firm’s Nationwide Business Unit based in the firm’s Penang branch and advises on all aspects of local and foreign clients with respect to broad range of sale, purchase, management and leasing of commercial, industrial and residential properties in Malaysia.

She represents and advises real estate developers on various aspects of their projects in Malaysia.

Lena also advises on general conveyancing, corporate loans, conventional and Islamic banking and asset based financing. She is also well verse in the documentation in respect of government loans.

She had advised public companies in various aspect of structuring financing, real estate developers in application of various licenses with the relevant authorities. She also advised in setting up of various Real Estate Investment Trusts.

Lena is also actively involved in advising clients in respect of their intellectual property protection.

She has been appointed as Legal Adviser for Penang Electrical Merchant Association and secretary of FIABCI Malaysia, Penang Branch.

Lena is an adviser to the Quality Management Representative of Penang branch and has initiated and implemented the branch’s Quality Management System with the vision to drive the branch to attain the status of the first legal firm in Penang with ISO certification.
