Career

Ajeng is an Intellectual Property (IP) specialist at Roosdiono & Partners with more than 10 years of experience. She advises client and represents clients on various IP works including protection, prosecution, litigation, due diligence, and transactional IP work such as licensing, and franchising

Her landmark dispute cases are regarding the Indonesian National Arbitration Center’s trademark case, which is making headlines in Indonesia and the KOPITIAM case. 

She is also experienced in advising on matters relating to personal data protection and has assisted clients in crafting their personal data protection compliance programs.

Ajeng joined Roosdiono & Partners in January 2015 as a senior associate and was promoted to partnership in 2020. Prior to becoming a member of the firm, Ajeng was an associate in Panji Prasetyo & Partners Law Office for 3 years where she handled  various IP works, litigation works, and arbitration works, and was an associate at another law firm for 4 years, where she handled various trademark works, corporate and litigation works.
