Nha is a Partner of Rajah & Tann’s Banking & Finance, Corporate Regulatory, M&A and Real Estate Practice Group, and brings with him over 10 years of legal practice experience.

Nha possesses domain expertise in financial and banking transactions, and has been involved in advisory for and drafting of financing documentation for financial institutions. He has been called upon to advise also on introduction of new financial products by banks, as well as transaction structuring in what is arguably one of Vietnam’s most tightly regulated industries.

Nha is also highly capable in advising on M&A transactions and general corporate compliance. He has successfully been involved in the closing of some of Vietnam’s largest M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers, Nha was the department head of one of Vietnam’s largest local law firms

At Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers, foreign counsel Logan Leung and senior counsel Tran Thi Phuong Thao advised serviced office company NakedHub as Vietnamese counsel on its sale to WeWork. Nguyen Dinh Nha assisted Keppel Land with purchasing a further stake in the company that owns the Saigon Centre development in Ho Chi Minh City. The firm also handles contentious construction work, with Chau Huy Quang handling work pertaining to megaprojects, as well as landlord and tenant disputes, which is also a key part of Hoang Thi Thanh Thuy's practice.   • The Law On Price by Dr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, LNT & Partners

    On 6/20/2012, the National Assembly voted to adopt the Law on Price (the "LOP") in response to the public demand for an effective legal framework to control price manipulation from dominant enterprises such as gasoline, electricity, etc. The law will take effect from 01/01/2013 and repeal Ordinance No. 40/2002/PL-UBTVQH10 dated 26/4/2002 of the National Assembly Standing Committee (the "Ordinance"), which is conceived as outdated and containing certain provisions contravening the WTO’s regulation. This article describes the main features of the law and provides some insight into its potential impacts on the Vietnamese economy.
