Career
Elsa has over 20 years of experience specialising in conveyancing. In addition to representing corporations, individuals and foreigners in property sales, purchases and leases, Elsa advises banks and financial institutions in mortgage financing and acts for developers in land acquisition (by way of government land sales and en-bloc transactions etc) and in the developers’ residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use development projects.
Elsa handles all aspects of property-related work dealing with a wide range of properties, from residential properties (condominiums, landed properties and strata-landed housing), commercial properties, industrial properties to hotels. She has also been involved in regional projects in Myanmar and Cambodia. She was part of the team which advised in two bank mergers previously with focus on the property aspects of the transactions.
