Norman is a specialist in corporate real estate practice, collective sales and project developments, with an extensive experience in large investment acquisitions and dispositions (share or asset sales) and joint ventures involving commercial/industrial and residential buildings. His projects include acquisition, development and financing of major shopping centres and large commercial / office buildings and development projects. Norman regularly advises institutional investors, private equity investment funds, statutory boards, property consultants, and property developers. He recently advised Facebook on its S$1.4 billion first-in-Asia data centre in Singapore and the sale of a large commercial building in Singapore’s CBD for S$908m.
