Position
Gareth is a consultant in the Commercial Property team in Poole. His specialisms include all aspects of land acquisition for both commercial and residential plot sales. This includes business parks and industrial estates where units are to let on commercial leases.
Gareth works closely with his developer clients, advising them on the terms of the purchase, the setting up of the site, and the subsequent sale/leasing of the units.
He also advises those clients involved in both the granting and taking of commercial leases. Other areas of specialism include the purchase and sale of commercial investment properties.
