Career

Ms Liang is proficient in the patent drafting, OA responding, and IP issues counseling in an international setting, and experienced in dealing with IP disputes such as patent infringement and patent invalidation. She has identified and secured hundreds of inventions both for international and domestic clients including Fortune 500 entities since she joined Kangxin in 2008. In return for her excellent work, she was appointed as one of the trainers by All China Patent Attorneys Association in 2012. Corresponding to the exceptional abilities in IP affairs, Ms. Liang has rich experience on information and communication technology, computer science, electrical and electronic engineering, and semiconductor industrial process. With excellent communication skills, she also has a strong ability to work with the internal and external experts. Ms. Liang has participated in several advanced training programs offered by renowned organizations including V.O. Patent & Trademarks, Scully, Scott, Murphy & Presser P. C., University of Washington School of Law, HP Business School, and HP Quality Management College.
