The firm’s principal founder and first managing partner was Tan Kok Quan, SC, a well-respected litigator who was among the first batch of lawyers to be appointed senior counsel in Singapore.

Insurance: The firm has a large insurance practice group, specialising in insurance litigation and advisory work. The firm also specialises in road traffic claims and has acted in some of Singapore’s largest personal injury claims with excellent results.
