Ms. Ding worked for a reputable law firm from 2010 to the end of 2014 and joined Llinks Law Offices in December 2014.
Ms. Ding has extensive experience in the area of asset management, specializing in the legal services relating to mutual funds, private funds, and asset management business for securities companies and insurance companies, etc. Ms. Ding has advised a wide variety of mutual fund managers and their subsidiaries, private fund managers on a long-term basis, and has provided legal services for a large number of mutual funds and private funds launch projects.
Ms. Ding has represented clients in the establishment of asset management subsidiaries of securities companies, the obtainment of public fund management/custody license for securities companies, the asset management business and ABS projects for numerous securities companies and insurance companies, the initial public offering and refinancing projects for numbers of enterprises, etc.
