The firm: PSA is a full-service business law firm based in New Delhi. The founder: The firm is headed by Priti Suri, the founder, a lawyer with over 37 years of experience in three continents, including few years in Paris. She is the first Asian to receive the prestigious “Mayre Rasmussen Award” for the Advancement of Women in International Law by the American Bar Association. She has been consistently rated as one of India’s top 100 lawyers by India Business Law Journal since 2016. In March 2023, Priti was honored with the Woman Lawyer of the Year – India & Middle East at Asian Legal Business Women in Law Awards, 2023.

Our legal team: The firm believes in developing holistic business lawyers with a deep understanding of law as a whole, allowing each member to counsel clients across different practice areas as well as industries.
