IndusLaw strengthened its practice with the October 2021 arrival of public M&A specialist Ravi Kumar from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as co-head in the Mumbai office, alongside the December 2021 recruitment of Faraz Khan from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and October 2022 hire of Amrit Mehta from Majmudar & Partners, also based in Mumbai.
