Ben Twitchen is a partner and the Head of the Family Law department. He is based at Taylor Walton’s Harpenden office and specialises in advising and assisting on financial issues arising from the breakdown of relationships, as well as child law.

Ben primarily deals with high net worth cases and understands the special considerations that come with such cases. His extensive network brings in cases from London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Manchester, Germany, Kuwait and America.

Ben takes an empathetic approach, guiding towards an early amicable solution wherever possible. This skillset is particularly helpful in Collaborative Law cases, helping clients reach cost-effective out-of-court settlements in privacy.
