Norbert Kämper is head of the practice group Environmental, Planning & Regulatory and has been advising companies and regulatory authorities on all questions of planning and environmental law for many years. His practice covers in particular infrastructure projects such as airports or inland ports – from the preparation of the application, the environmental impact assessment and the public participation procedure to the preparation of planning approval decisions. Norbert is also an expert in environmental law, environmental law-related corporate organisation, emission control law, soil protection and contaminated sites law as well as commercial administrative law. Furthermore, he supports authorities in selection procedures for ground handling services and is also active at all instances of the administrative courts.
Norbert is the author of numerous publications on environmental and planning law and lectures on construction and planning law at the Ruhr University of Bochum.
