CSR & ESG : Für Taylor Wessing spielen die Themen Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) und Environmental Social Governance (ESG) eine stetig wachsende Rolle. Die Geschäftsführung von Taylor Wessing hat sich daher im Namen der gesamten Partnerschaft sowie aller Mitarbeiter:innen zuletzt 2021 freiwillig verpflichtet, noch mehr Verantwortung für das unternehmerische Handeln der Sozietät in Bezug auf ihre Umweltbilanz zu übernehmen. Für ihre externen und internen Initiativen zu ESG wurde die Kanzlei mit der Aufnahme in den ersten EMEA Green Guide von The Legal 500 ausgezeichnet.
Legal Tech & Legal Operations : Auch Legal Tech und Legal Operations sind Grundbestandteile der Kanzleistrategie. Alle Fachbereiche sind aufgefordert, Entwicklungspotential in diesen Bereichen aufzuzeigen und werden durch ein externes Legal Tech Team bei der Umsetzung unterstützt. Taylor Wessing hat bereits einige eigene Legal Tech Tools entwickelt und im laufenden Einsatz bei der effizienten Beratung der Mandantschaft.

Wir möchten langfristige Veränderungen herbeiführen und Diversity leben. Aus diesem Grund haben unsere deutschen Standorte einen internen Diversity Council etabliert, der in Form von Arbeitsgruppen kreativ eine diverse Unternehmenskultur vorantreibt und gemeinsam Diversity-Strategien erarbeitet. Wichtig ist uns dabei, unsere Zusammenarbeit noch inklusiver zu gestalten. Dazu erweitern wir in unserer Kanzlei die Rahmenbedingungen indem wir beispielsweise auch flexible Karrieremodelle in Teilzeit ermöglichen, unconscious bias Trainings anbieten oder unsere Vielfalt sichtbarer machen. Wir ermutigen unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen, sich bei den Aktivitäten und Initiativen des Diversity Council einzubringen sowie eigene Ideen zu entwickeln, um ein von bedingungslosem Respekt, von Anstand und Wertschätzung geprägtes Miteinander für alle zu schaffen.

Auf internationaler Ebene unterstützen wir unsere Partnerinnen über das International Womens Leadership Programme von TaylorWessing, wo diese neben der Teilnahme an Workshops die Möglichkeit haben, sich zu vernetzen.

Zudem haben wir bereits 2008 die „Charta der Vielfalt“ unterzeichnet, sind stolze ALICE Supporter und unterstützen u.a. die Mitgliedschaft unserer Kolleginnen im Female-Business-Netzwerk von nushu.

The Warsaw team of the international law firm Taylor Wessing provided comprehensive legal advice to MLP Group S.A., one of the leading developers of logistics and production space, in connection with the public offering of bonds for EUR 20 million and their introduction to trading on the alternative market Catalyst.
