Partner
Clemens Niedner heads up the Practice Group Banking & Finance. He advises international banks, investors and multinational corporations on corporate and acquisition financing and other types of syndicated loans. Another focus of his practice is advice on restructuring. Clemens is regarded as an experienced legal adviser in complex, multinational financing transactions and, with his in-depth knowledge of the European syndicated loan market, is a recognised specialist in this field. With his expertise, far-reaching network and close relationships with globally active banks, Clemens opens up a wealth of financing options and scope for action for his clients.
Excellent relationships with all contractual partners – even long after the contracts have been signed – characterise his advice and positively reflect his practice-oriented approach.
