Martin Prohaska-Marchried is a partner and Head of the IP team at Taylor Wessing Vienna. In his more than 15 years of experience he has been focusing on contentious and non-contentious IP. Among his main areas of focus are trade marks & designs, copyright law and advertising law. Martin regularly advises clients – who come from the food industry, telecoms and welding technology, among others – in clearance risks, protection strategies, enforcement and commercial exploitation of trade marks & designs. In addition, he takes care of all legal aspects regarding the clearing of promotions.
