Areas of practice: Dispute resolution: Nick Gall leads this practice area. As a litigation firm, Gall handles a broad variety of cases. These include contractual disputes, employment cases, contentious insolvency matters, fraud and asset tracing cases and shareholders' disputes. The partners are all experienced in domestic and international commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation.

Arbitration: as a leading dispute resolution firm, Gall's arbitration practitioners have extensive experience in handling domestic and international arbitrations arising from a variety of commercial disputes. The team's experience covers both ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings pursuant to a variety of arbitral rules and governing laws. The firm's experience extends to representing clients seeking injunctive relief, in arbitration-related litigation, and enforcement proceedings.

Restructuring and insolvency: the firm has one of the leading insolvency practices in Hong Kong. Nick Gall, Chris Wong and Evelyn Chan are experienced in major insolvency and restructuring cases. The firm is regularly retained by liquidators, creditors, bondholders and distressed companies.
