Victoria is an SRA regulated Associate in the Trusts and Estates Team, specialising entirely in wills, probate and power of attorney work. Victoria has been qualified for 13 years.

Victoria specialises in providing advice to private individuals including High Net Worth clients on drafting wills, putting in place powers of attorney and dealing with Administration of Estates, passing either by will or intestacy, and associated trust arrangements. 

She also advises on declarations of trust in connection with property co-ownership, deeds of variation and inheritance tax advice.

Victoria is a full member of Solicitors for the Elderly.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Various clients: Administering estates including High Net Worth estates including completing all Inheritance Tax reporting formalities and making appropriate claims for Business and/or Agricultural Property Relief.
• Various clients: Dealing with reseals of foreign grants and administering estates which include a foreign element.
• Various clients: Making applications to prove copy or draft versions of wills where the originals are lost.
• Various clients: Providing advice to clients regarding will trusts and drafting the required documentation to either constitute or terminate the trust.

• Various clients: Drafting wills, which provide for lifetime and discretionary trust arrangements, and providing associated advice on the effect of the same and appropriateness for the individuals circumstances.
