Fahmida had to check and perfect the security on 80 properties all around the UK within 4-5 weeks. These were a wide range of properties including public houses, working mens’ institutions and hotels. Fahmida’s checks included: the environmental position, local authority and coalmining issues, restrictive covenants and sufficient equity in the property.
