Kamal specialises in all types of disputes including commercial litigation, contentious probate and professional negligence.

Helping clients to:
resolve commercial and contractual disputes by dealing with third parties and/or suppliers;
trust disputes in particular where the trusts hold company shares;
contentious probate, inheritance act claims;
resolve professional negligence claims against surveyors, other solicitors and accountants;
financial recoveries of money when companies: default on terms and conditions, default on loan agreements, breach mandates or conditions;
realising assets;
saving companies as a going concern

Kamal advises and works with the following client sectors:
