Gilbert specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in shareholders’ disputes, insolvency matters, commercial fraud, contentious banking matters, real estate disputes, regulatory and investigatory matters. He advises listed companies, developers, local and overseas banks and financial institutions, accounting firms, international and local corporations. In addition to his litigation experience, He also focuses on anti-trust law and has been advising international and local clients on issues arising from the Competition Ordinance. He practiced with one of the largest leading law firm in Hong Kong since 2001 and joined Zhong Lun Law Firm in July 2015.
