Jonathan advises on commercial litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters, with a strong focus on PRC-related matters. He acts for local and multinational corporate and private clients in handling court and arbitration cases relating to complex commercial disputes (including shareholders’ disputes, banking and insolvency matters etc.) in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions. Jonathan also advises clients on securities regulatory enforcement and investigation, anti-trust matters arising from the Hong Kong Competition Ordinance (Cap 619), and shipping disputes relating to cargo claims, charterparties, shipbuilding contracts, and contracts of carriage and sale of goods. He also assists clients on non-contentious matters, such as drafting and review of commercial agreements.
Prior to joining Zhong Lun in 2016, Jonathan worked at various leading international law firms.
