Henry is one of the partners of Zhong Lun Law Firm in Hong Kong. He specializes in Hong Kong securities and capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions (including public takeovers), as well as general corporate and commercial matters. Prior to joining our firm, he worked in two leading international law firms.

Henry has represented issuers, underwriters or sponsors of various types of securities and corporate finance transactions in Hong Kong and in Asia.
