Career

Rupal has experience of over a decade in litigation, alternate dispute resolution and legal advisory.

She has practiced in diverse areas of law and handled matters before multiple jurisdictional courts and tribunals including Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Delhi District Courts, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, RERA, etc. She has represented and regularly advised several multinational companies in their legal disputes across jurisdictions.

Rupal has been regularly practicing in the areas of insolvency and bankruptcy law, arbitration law, mediation, shareholders’ disputes, contractual and commercial disputes, recovery matters, injunction suits, licensing and franchising matters, employer-employee matters, intellectual property matters, consumer disputes, dissolution and winding up of companies, joint venture disputes and several other company law matters. Apart from regularly representing the clients before different courts and tribunals, she has extensive experience in handling arbitration matters (domestic and international). She has also succeeded in resolving the disputes of the clients through mediation under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. She also regularly advises the clients on the aspects of criminal law, practice and procedures and has represented the clients in the matters relating to financial fraud and cheating, misappropriation of funds, criminal breach of trust and dishonour of cheque.

In addition, she has vast experience of handling day-to-day legal issues of the clients relating to their corporate objectives, statutory, regulatory and operational aspects and conduct of business.
