Position

Malcolm is a partner and has extensive experience in corporate and energy law. His clients operate in a wide variety of industry sectors, including the local and international oil & gas industry of which he has an in-depth knowledge and understanding.  His energy sector work is predominantly on the upstream side and he has particular experience in advising on the acquisition/disposal of upstream assets, farm-in arrangements, data licensing and field development projects. Malcolm has a diverse energy client base with operations in the UKCS and other international oil & gas provinces.  He is involved in advising clients on all aspects of corporate law with particular expertise in M&A/transactional work, equity investments, start-ups and employee share schemes.
