Karyn also has experience in the creation and administration of trusts as well as succession planning for high net worth individuals. Karyn has a particular interest in succession planning for business owners and agricultural/crofting clients. Karyn is interested in the Adults with Incapacity Act and assisting vulnerable adults. She has experience in guardianship/intervention orders as well as Power of Attorney/Guardianship administration and surrounding advice.
