Stronachs LLP’s practice receives instructions from high net worth clients to produce interpretations of wills, assist with the creation of trusts, and devise complex strategies to minimise inheritance tax. The team also has niche expertise in crofting law, and regularly acts in the formation and administration of charitable bodies. Private client practice head Jaclyn Russell is a ‘safe pair of hands’, while ‘patient and efficient‘ senior associate Magnus Mackay specialises in all areas of succession planning.
