Jamie has more than 9 years’ experience in corporate law, advising domestic and international clients in a wide variety of corporate, commercial and banking work with a focus on acquisitions and disposals.  Jamie has worked with a broad range of corporate clients from large oil and gas service companies and large financial institutions, to local busineses and partnerships.  Jamie has a particular interest in acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructuring and reorganisations and the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and banking documentation.
