Career

Toi is experienced in all aspects of civil and commercial litigation both in court and arbitration. He has acted in a wide range of complex disputes involving commercial, contract and corporate matters including liquidation and insolvency, land law litigation, tort litigation, insurance and aviation disputes.

He was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2008 as an Advocate & Solicitor. He has been a Partner of the Firm since 2017.
