McCullough Robertson attracts an ever-increasing volume of referrals for internationally focused work, in part due to its independent status. Brisbane-based department head Belinda Breakspear and her team are recommended for handling matters on the trade mark front in particular –  the team operates a significant trade marks practice, particularly trade mark portfolio management. Litigation work is an area of expertise for Tim Case and Peter Stokes and the team members are well versed in advising clients in industries such as pharmaceuticals, agriculture, TMT, and the public sector. On the team front; in Sydney, commercial lawyer Alison Walshe joined from Norton Rose Fulbright and the Brisbane office welcomed special counsel Jake Grant, formerly an in-house counsel and Michelle Betschart from Spruson & Ferguson Lawyers.
