Paul Paxton - Stewarts Law LLP

Within: Personal injury: claimant

Stewarts Law LLP is 'a stand-out PI firm for catastrophic injury nationwide'. Its London practice exclusively acts for adults and children who have sustained severe life-changing injuries, most frequently resulting from amputation, spinal or brain damage. It houses a personal injury team of 'excellent lawyers' that takes on a limited number of high-value cases in order to enhance client care and its efforts to secure the highest settlements for catastrophically injured individuals. Paul Paxton, who specialises in complex brain and spinal cord injuries, heads the department, which also includes Charles Edwards who is 'a very safe pair of hands for high-value claims' arising out of road traffic accidents, accidents at work or in public places. Ben Rogers has particular expertise in spinal injuries and exoskeleton provisions.
