James Waddell leads the practice at Stevens & Bolton LLP, which has handled a number of cross-border M&A transactions; Keith Syson and Nick Atkins advised e-Travel, an online travel company based in Greece, on its merger with Swedish company Etraveli, and Syson also acted for the shareholders of Acro Aircraft Seating on the £55m sale of the company to China-based Zhejiang Science and Technology Investment Company. In addition, Jenny Robertson acted for Thesis Asset Management on its £47m sale to Regit Bidco, and Waddell advised insurance broker Stackhouse Poland on a series of transactions, including the acquisition of Lucas Fettes.
