Acted recently for insolvency practitioners (including RSM, Smith & Williamson, BDO, Kingston Smith and Mazars), corporates, banks, directors and individuals alike on the full range of contentious/non-contentious and corporate/personal insolvency matters, including corporates on both solvent and insolvent restructuring and refinancing solutions.

Under the leadership of practice heads Tim Carter and David Steinberg, the team attracts complex and high profile matters, covering the full range of restructuring and insolvency matters. Recent work highlights include taking instruction from the administrators and then the liquidators of a telecoms company in relation to the ongoing trading of the company in administration and post-completion issues, including liquidation-only disclaimer of lease property.
