Position

Mark Eisen is a partner specialising in employers’ liability, public liability and product liability claims with a particular emphasis on retail claims. Mark has many years’ experience of working for large, national, retail and supermarket companies on a wide variety of different litigated claims of primarily multi track level, including slips and trips, manual handling, defective equipment, product liability, chronic pain, assault, harassment and fatalities. He supervises a team of claims handlers dealing with product liability, EL and PL claims. Mark also has particular experience working with public sector clients and the military on a wide variety of different claims.

Career

Mark joined BLM as a trainee in 2003, qualified as a solicitor in 2005, was promoted to associate in 2008 and to partner in 2013.

The ‘experienced and knowledgeable’ Nicholas Thorne  is recommended from the catastrophic injury unit and Natalie Puce for her health, safety and environmental work. Wirral MBC, Sheffield City Council and Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service are all clients.
