Naomi is a partner in the fraud team with expertise in dealing with all aspects of motor claims fraud, including cross-industry fraud investigations. She also has experience of dealing with home policy fraud claims. She is regularly instructed to advise insurers on policy indemnity issues and regulatory matters that arise in relation to fraud claims. In addition, she provides client training on fraud awareness and identification, indemnity matters and civil procedure. Naomi supervises and manages a team of legal staff who primarily act for leading insurers on a wide range of litigated matters and disputes.

The fraud practice group at BLM has a wealth of experience in handling claims in the insurance sector. It has also been developing niche expertise in advising tour operators on unconfirmed sickness claims and has been dealing with a significant number of potentially fraudulent cavity wall insulation claims. Head of the practice group Sarah Hill is adept at dealing with large-scale organised fraud and high-value exaggerated fraud cases.
