  • Assisting and advising Carval Investors Pte Limited, the Singapore arm of Carval Investors LP which is an investment fund with global interests across countries and sectors, in the implementation of the NCLT-approved resolution plans for Uttam Galva Metallics Limited and Uttam Value Steels Limited (UVSL).
  • Acted as the legal adviser to the consortium of 16 lenders led by the State Bank of India in relation to the resolution process of CG Power under the aegis of the RBI’s 7 June 2019 Circular on Prudential Framework for Resolution of Stressed Assets including change in management, proposed preferential issue.
  • Acted as legal advisors to Jindal India Thermal Power Limited in relation to drafting of primary proposal, undertakings, resolution plan, and negotiation and finalization of master resolution agreement.
