Alex focuses on the investment management sector and advises on the establishment of, raising funds for and reconstructions/reorganisations of investment funds in the UK and offshore as well as acquisitions and disposals, equity capital markets advisory work, public takeovers and other corporate finance transactions for clients in the investment management sector.
Alex’s practice also encompasses financial services regulation, particularly in the investment management field. His clients include listed and private funds, investment and asset managers as well as investment banks and brokers.
