Shaun is a partner in the finance group and an asset finance expert with a focus on the marine sector. Shaun has a wide range of international experience in advising lenders and borrowers. He is a native Korean and is qualified in England and Wales.
Shaun was a commercial manager for a global shipbuilding company before joining the legal profession and has a knowledge of the maritime industry. He specialises in cross-border ship finance transactions. His experience covers a wide range of asset finance and leasing transactions acting for banks, financial institutions, investors and owners in syndicated and bilateral loan facilities, ship sale and purchase and shipbuilding transactions.
Shaun also has experience in cross-border real estate financing, receivables financing, finance and operating leases and hire purchase arrangements acting for various financial institutions and leasing companies.
