Carolyn has a broad experience advising issuers and investment banks on the IPOs of listed closed-ended investment funds as well as secondary issues, reconstructions and other corporate actions.
In parallel with her interest in listed closed-ended investment funds, Carolyn also regularly advises on the launch of private funds, with a particular focus on hedge funds.
Carolyn also acts for clients on a range of general corporate matters, including private M&A deals (with a particular focus on the acquisitions and disposals of fund manager businesses).
