Ms. Wijayanti is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia. She has developed an extensive practice in commercial business law practice and involved in various complex and cross-border transactions. Ms. Wijayanti is attached to the firm’s (i) Corporate, Investment and M&A and (ii) Privatization and Development Practice Groups.

She is acknowledged by Asian Legal Business as Indonesia Rising Stars in 2023 and her recent publication is as one of the contributors to Indonesian Chapter on “Company Law Guide”, Lexis Nexis (2017).
