Career
Seka is a Partner and Deputy Managing Director of DFDL Cambodia. She is a licensed lawyer by the Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia. She has extensive experience in corporate and commercial advisory, energy and infrastructure projects, and major property projects.
Seka has acted on numerous significant commercial, industrial, and residential developments in Cambodia. Her excellent liaison functions and involvement with the Cambodian Ministries and authorities have proven instrumental in a variety of projects and transactions. She has also been actively involved with working groups on the draft of the newly enacted law on investment.
Education
She holds a Master 2 of Business Comparative Law (LL.M.) from the University Lumière Lyon 2, France, which included an exchange program at University of Montreal, Canada.
