- Defending a client in a high-profile, large-scale litigation, held in the Supreme Court of South Australia. The applicant claims he suffered a psychological injury as a result of his indefinite detention by the Commonwealth of Australia. Additionally defending the operator of a number of relevant detention centres at the same time.
- Successfully acted for QBE, one of the insurers of the builder of the Opal Tower, in one of the most high profile structural defect claims in Australia.
- Successfully defended a number of disputes filed with the Fair Work Commission (FWC) involving employees, who refused to provide proof of vaccination as required by the Victorian government vaccination mandates and so faced termination of employment.
