Caroline advises on matters ranging from prenuptial agreements to cohabitation issues with the aim to prevent problems arising for the client at a later stage. Consequently, she recognises that often advance planning is key in minimising family breakdown issues.

In addition, she has developed an in-depth understanding of fertility law ranging from surrogacy in obtaining parental orders to legal parenthood issues. Further, she has been able to utilise her knowledge of fertility matters through her volunteering role at a women’s health charity, thus her contribution has been recognised in national awards and she speaks internationally on these matters.
