Senior Associate
Samantha is a senior associate in our commercial property team. Since joining Tees in November 2012, she has been advising companies and individuals as to the management of their property portfolio.
She acts for landlords and tenants, helping them through the process of the grant/ renewal and termination leases. She also deals with general sales and purchases of commercial and agricultural property.
Samantha liaises regularly, and acts in conjunction with agents and surveyors to ensure the relevant clients’ needs are met in the particular transaction.
She also assists our Wills, Tax Trusts and Probate department by dealing with the transfer of property for executors and voluntary first registrations.
