David predominantly advises in relation to rural property matters including acquisitions, disposals and tenancies of farmland. David acts for an international renewable developer on both freehold acquisition of existing renewable projects and new renewable development. He also advises landowners on renewable developers throughout the country. Residential and commercial development continues to major in Davids case load advising consortium’s and individual landowners on strategic options, promotion agreements and hybrid arrangements. Sites range in size from 500-25,000 units.
