• Units under the Fosun group on their Series C investments into Tickled Media Pte. Ltd., with an aggregate consideration of approximately US$8 million.
• A global pension fund in its subscription of 50% of units in Aquamarine Star Trust for a consideration of approximately S$442.7 million. Aquamarine Star Trust holds the property known as Frasers Tower.
• A subsidiary of Keppel Land China Limited, in the sale of its 51% stake in Aether Limited, the holding company of Beijing Aether Property Development Co., Ltd., for a consideration of about US$297.9 million. Beijing Aether Property Development Co., Ltd. owns a prime commercial and office property in the Chaoyang District of Beijing, PRC.
• Keppel Telecommunications & Transport Ltd. in a joint venture agreement with the Jilin City government to jointly develop and operate the Sino-Singapore Jilin Food Zone International Logistics Park to serve the Sino-Singapore Jilin Food Zone.
• Knowledge City Pte. Ltd. (a subsidiary of Singbridge International Singapore Pte. Ltd.) in its joint venture with Guangzhou Knowledge City Investment and Development Co., Ltd., for the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City Project.
