• Olam International Limited as Singapore counsel in Olam Food Ingredients’ acquisition of Olde Thompson at an enterprise value of US$950 million.
• XIO Group as Singapore legal counsel in relation to the global acquisition of the J.D. Power and Associates business by XIO Group from S&P Global for US$1.1 billion.
