Gail’s experience includes U.S.-registered and Rule 144A/Reg S equity and debt offerings by issuers in various industries in Southeast and South Asia, in particular Singapore, Indonesia, India, Malaysia and Thailand.

  • The initial public offerings of companies listing on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange such as VTAC (the first SPAC on SGX), APAC Realty Limited, EMAS Offshore Limited, Asian Pay Television Trust and IHH Healthcare Berhad and other listings such as the secondary listing by NIO Inc. and Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited and listing by introduction of CapitaLand Investment Limited.
  • The initial public offerings of companies listing on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange such as Hyphens Pharma International Limited and RE&S Holdings Limited.
  • The initial public offerings of companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange such as PT Integra Indocabinet Tbk and PT Aneka Gas Industri Tbk.
