Career
Atty. San Pedro was promoted to Partner in 2023.
Her practice focuses on trademark prosecution and litigation. She assists in maintaining the extensive trademark portfolio of the Firm’s local and foreign IP clients. Her practice has also expanded into non-traditional and multi-disciplinary matters involving novel issues such as IP commercialization and licensing; copyright and broadcast rights vis-à-vis new forms of media, particularly, the Internet; and e-commerce promotion and advertisement of medical devices. Atty. San Pedro is also currently involved in vindicating the trademark rights of several foreign brand owners like Decathlon, the world’s leading sports apparel and equipment retailer, against bad faith registrations with the IPO.

Education
Atty. San Pedro graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Studies – International Relations Track, Minor in French in 2008 and obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo Law School in 2014 with honors.
