Sarah specialises in family law, advising clients how to resolve arrangements for their children and finances whether they are separating, divorcing or dissolving a civil partnership. She also advises those who are planning to marry on prenuptial agreements. As well as advising clients who are moving in together on their legal rights, Sarah advises cohabitants if they separate on any issues which arise in relation to their children or property. She is very experienced in international relocation cases involving children. Sarah’s approach is to focus on her clients’ objectives and achieve the best that she can for them in the most constructive way.
